Backup passphrase

Keep your backup passphrase somewhere safe. We cannot recover it. Manage local files, exported backups and iCloud Drive backups separately.

Cloud drafts unavailable

Manual quotes, PDF creation and existing documents remain available. Customer AI is currently switched off during development.

Subscription or billing

Subscriptions are not on sale yet. After launch, Apple manages purchases, renewal, cancellation and refunds through your Apple account. Include only the relevant transaction reference if support requests it.

Privacy or deletion request

Contact the address below. We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify your relationship with the service. Do not email access tokens, passphrases or customer content.
